We’re excited to offer our virtual and outdoor classes this fall! Join us for:

Power Walking with Sarah (outdoors)
Mondays, September 20 – November 1, 2021 (no class October 11)
10:15-11:00 am (45 minutes)
$90+HST/6 classes or $15+HST/ single drop in

Power walking can be an excellent cardiovascular activity to incorporate into your exercise routine.  Walking provides mental, physical, cardiovascular, lymphatic and mood enhancing health benefits.  Join us and learn tips on how to walk faster, add intensity to your walks and walk efficiently.  Meet outside Continuum Fitness.

Stretch with Sarah  (virtual)
Mondays, September 20 – November 1, 2021 (no class October 11)
12:45-1:15 pm (30 minutes)
$80+HST/6 classes or $10+HST/ single drop in

Join us for a gentle stretching class targeting hips, legs, back, shoulders, neck and more.  Balance out your routine with mobility and flexibility work.  Learn numerous stretches to help ease tension and improve range of motion.

Core Stability with Sarah (virtual)
Wednesdays, September 22 – October 27, 2021
12:00-12:45 pm (45 minutes)
$90+HST/6 classes or $15+HST/ single drop in

A strong core is important in supporting the body during all movements.  Strong core muscles may help reduce back pain and other discomforts, allows for greater stability, improves posture and balance and helps every day tasks become easier. We will be providing a short education piece each week, providing multiple strategies to connect with various core muscles and cover numerous exercises to help improve core stability.  Options will be provided for all fitness levels.

Posture Improvement with Sarah (virtual)
Fridays, September 24– October 29, 2021
12:00-12:45 pm (45 minutes)
$90+HST/6 classes or $15+HST/ single drop in

When our body is properly aligned, there is the least amount of strain on our muscles and joints and our body is more efficient. Proper posture can help reduce pain, improve range of motion, lay a solid foundation for all other activities and balance out hours of sitting. Strengthen muscles in the back, core and scapular stabilizers and stretch tight chest, back and shoulder muscles to improve your posture in this multilevel class.
