New Yoga Tune-Up® Class
Join us Thursdays at 7:00 am for a 45-minute Yoga Tune-Up® class with Candice in the Multi-Purpose Room. This small-group class blends yoga, mobility, and therapeutic ball rolling to release tension, improve posture, and restore energy.
- Dates: Oct. 9 – 30
- Who can join: All levels welcome (minimum 4 participants)
- Equipment: Bring your own mat, or borrow one of ours. Tune-Up® balls provided (or bring your own). Chairs are available and can be incorporated into practice.
- Capacity: Max 10 online participants (no recordings – exclusive experience!)
