As the seasons shift and training moves into the cooler months, fall presents a key opportunity for endurance athletes to reset, refocus, and lay the mental groundwork for the season ahead. This interactive workshop is designed specifically for runners, cyclists, triathletes, and other endurance athletes looking to sharpen their psychological edge during the fall transition.

Led by our Mental Performance Consultant (MPC), Greta Chase, this session will explore practical strategies to strengthen motivation, build resilience, and maintain consistency as training volume and intensity evolve. You’ll learn how to:

  • Develop and hone mental skills to overcome fall-time fatigue
  • Turn seasonal changes into opportunities for growth
