Join Donna Davis for a fun hand’s on worksop where you will help prepare 3 different recipes, learn what plants to focus on for maximum protein, what to eat before and after workout. Recipes will be provided.
Donna is a a pioneer in the plant-based active living, yoga and fitness industry. She has been fueling with plants for over 25 years, with recipes featured in iRun magazine and is the creator of Yoga For Runners on Rogers TV.
