Candice Brown is a dedicated health and fitness professional with 18 years of experience in rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and holistic health, and 24 years of teaching group fitness classes such as aquafit, HIIT, Bootcamp, yoga, Pilates, and Self-Care myofascial release. With a Master’s degree focused on Exercise Physiology and a passion for movement-based wellness, Candice specializes in performing in-depth physical assessments and designing personalized training programs that empower clients to build strength, confidence, and resilience.
Beyond the science of movement, Candice believes in the power of connection, kindness, intention-setting, and collaboration. She approaches every client with openness and empathy, fostering a space where individuals feel heard, supported, and motivated to achieve their health goals. With a background in rehabilitation and chronic disease management, and a keen interest in healthy aging, she takes a holistic approach to program creation by integrating physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being into her practice. Her favourite motto is: “Meet people where they are”- because she loves to learn about everyone she meets, and she has a gift for helping others feel both at ease and excited about making meaningful changes to improve their health and wellness.
Candice is deeply committed to building meaningful relationships, not just between practitioner and client, but within a supportive community where movement becomes a shared journey. She is excited to be part of the Continuum Fitness team, helping clients move better, feel stronger, and thrive in all aspects of life.
