Raising rates is always a difficult decision to make. We’ve recently done an analysis and our Registered Massage therapy prices are sitting below the RMTAO (Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario) average reported rates for our district (Ottawa and the surrounding area). We’re raising our prices to offset rising costs as well as to more closely reflect industry standards. As of July 1, 2025, our Coaching, Athletic Therapy and Massage Therapy rates will be increasing. The new rates will be as follows:
$122+HST for 60 minute RMT sessions
$105+HST for 45 min RMT sessions
$85+HST for 30 min RMT sessions & TMJ Massage
$140+HST for 75 min RMT sessions
$165+HST for 90 min RMT sessions
$80+HST for 30 minute coaching sessions
$110+HST for 60 minute coaching sessions
$115+HST for 60 minute small group coaching
$525+HST for package of five 60 min coaching sessions
$375+HST for package of five 30 min coaching sessions
$110+HST for 60 initial athletic therapy appointment
$95+HST for 45 minute athletic therapy appointment
$80+HST for 30 minute athletic therapy appointment
