A strong core is important in supporting the body during all movements. Strong core muscles may help reduce back pain and other discomforts, allows for greater stability, improves posture and balance and helps every day tasks become easier. We will be providing a short education piece each week, providing multiple strategies to connect with various core muscles and cover numerous progressive exercises to help improve core stability. Options will be provided for all fitness levels.
Posture Improvement with Sarah Zahab
Wednesdays, April 28 – June 2, 2021
$90+HST/6 classes or $20+HST/ single drop in
When our body is properly aligned, there is the least amount of strain on our muscles and joints and our body is more efficient. Proper posture can help reduce pain, improve range of motion, lay a solid foundation for all other activities and balance out hours of sitting. Strengthen muscles in the back, core and scapular stabilizers and stretch tight chest, back and shoulder muscles to improve your posture in this multilevel class.
