Continuum Fitness and Movement Performance will very soon be celebrating its one year anniversary.  Wow!  Where has the time gone?  We still can’t believe that we are doing what we love to do each and every day.  It’s such a blessing and we feel so fortunate – and we owe it all to you!  Our clients and participants have supported us, some for many, many years and we would like to say a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you!

It’s such a treat for us to be helping people move forward along their health continuum whether it’s improving posture, running faster, bouncing back after baby or preparing for the Olympic Games!  We hope to continue helping people for years to come.

We’d like to wish you all the very best for the holidays.  Enjoy some relaxation, keep up with your exercise routines (even if it’s a set of squats or a brisk walk), and try to maintain healthy eating.  May 2013 bring you all excellent health!
