Core Stability with Sarah
Wednesdays, October 12 to November 23 (no class Nov 2)
A strong core is important in supporting the body during all movements. Strong core muscles may help reduce back pain and other discomforts, allows for greater stability, improves posture and balance and helps every day tasks become easier. We will be providing a short education piece each week, providing multiple strategies to connect with various core muscles and cover numerous exercises to help improve core stability. Options will be provided for all fitness levels.
Stretch with Madison
Thursdays, October 13 – November 17
Join us for a gentle stretching class targeting hips, legs, back, shoulders, neck and more. Balance out your routine with mobility and flexibility work. Learn numerous stretches to help ease tension and improve range of motion.
Posture Improvement with Sarah
Fridays, November 4 to December 16 (no class Nov 11)
When our body is properly aligned, there is the least amount of strain on our muscles and joints and our body is more efficient. Proper posture can help reduce pain, improve range of motion, lay a solid foundation for all other activities and balance out hours of sitting. Strengthen muscles in the back, core and scapular stabilizers and stretch tight chest, back and shoulder muscles to improve your posture in this multilevel class
