Summer and Fall

Where to begin?  It’s been a busy summer at Continuum and although we’re taking a break from our classes, one on one training has been filling up our time.  Did you know that you can book your sessions online?  Check out the link to schedule your session

We’re pleased to announce that both John and I will be presenting at this year’s Canfitpro conference in Toronto again.  The conference is the largest in the world with over 7000 delegates attending including a keynote address from Jillian Michaels.  John will be presenting two sessions (Activation Before Loading and Preparing an Individual for a Natural Running Style) and Sarah three sessions (Prenatal and Postnatal Exercises, Diastasis Recti – Prevention & Correction and Partner Strength Training).  You can find all the details here
