A strong core is important in supporting the body during all movements. Â Strong core muscles may help reduce back pain and other discomforts, allows for greater stability, improves posture and balance and helps every day tasks become easier. We will be providing a short education piece each week, providing multiple strategies to connect with various core muscles and cover numerous exercises to help improve core stability. Â Options will be provided for all fitness levels. Â We recommend viewing each class once or twice before moving on to the next class.
