CAILEY BRYSON
Athletic Therapist and Registered Kinesiologist
Cailey grew up in the Ottawa area, playing soccer at a competitive level. Throughout her years participating in sports, she experienced minor injuries that sparked an interest in providing therapy and rehabilitation to active individuals within her community. Cailey completed her education through Sheridan College’s Bachelor of Applied Health Science in Athletic Therapy and began providing her therapeutic skills to amateur, University, and professional-level athletes. Cailey enjoys administering manual therapy and values patient education to facilitate the most beneficial treatment for every individual. She addresses not only primary concerns, but also considers underlying postural dysfunction and bio-mechanical problems to prevent injury re-occurrence.
Cailey treats a range of clientele from weekend warriors, home renovators, amateur or competitive athletes, to desk jockeys. Throughout her time at Continuum Fitness & Movement Performance, Cailey has worked with the exercise and therapy team to assist clients in achieving their desired goals of returning to the routine of their daily life, improving sport performance, recovery from acute and chronic injuries, and breaking down bio-mechanic barriers.
