Background:

Graydon is a graduate of the Human Kinetics program from the University of Ottawa (2016). He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) and is working towards becoming a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (CKO).

Graydon was playing volleyball at a high level of competition throughout high school, playing with the Ottawa Mavericks Volleyball Club. He later was a team trainer for that same club, training athletes from 13 years of age up to 18 years of age. Graydon took a liking to the sport of triathlon in university, and competed in three Ironman 70.3 in three years, as well as participating in a number of Olympic distance races. He has a particular interest in the efficiency of the human body, and will be furthering his education regarding this topic while completing his Master’s in Human Kinetics, specializing in postural control.
